I would be friendly towards them to get to know them better. I'm pretty good at reading people as to whether they have integrity or not. If I felt they they were hiding something I would turn them in to the authorities so they could do their own investigation.

Their mates wear t-shirts imprinted with " I'm with the terrorist ". What a silly question. YOU WON'T KNOW ! They will look like you, pay their taxes, and probably go to Church on Sunday. They will not sing "I am a terrorist" into the wee hours. The whole point of terrorism is that they live amongst us. Hence the inability of any conventional army to defeat them throughout history.

Good question,
I guess if they are of middle-eastern descent, go to a mosque every friday, disagree with the current U.S foreign policy and think Israel is illegally occupying Palestinian land.
Consequently, I think every truck-driving, shotgun toting, mullet-wearing hillbilly with a checkered shirt has an affiliation with the KKK.
And every chain-wearing, tattooed black guy in a hoody, blasting 50 from his low-riding Chevy Impala with spinning rims, is a drug-dealing mugger/gangsta.
And lets not forget that every quiet, reserved, introverted asian on campus is a suicidal mass murderer.
And finally, every american who keeps questioning if someone is a terrorist/redneck/gangsta/mass murderer primarily because of their ethnicity or beliefs, is a racist.

Ask 3 questions:
1. What do you think about 9/11?
2. Do you think obl is correct is his vision of islam and its relationship to the rest of the world?
3. Are you a registered democrat?

Okay, okay - maybe #3 is a little harsh.
How's this:
3. Rosie or hillary?

I actually know my neighors reasonably well, and, I'm pretty sure neither of them are terrorists. They don't hold any extreme political views, don't take trips to pakistan to visit training camps, aren't hording weapons or building bombs that I've noticed...

My neighbors are gay, friendly & helpful. They are not terrorists. We wouldn't be able to identify one unless he walked out with an AK47 & had a bomb strapped to him. Why do people want to be paranoid?
