If you don't wear sunscreen everyday now - start. Exposure to UVA/UVB rays = #1 cause of wrinkles.

If you can, see a dermatologist & ask about Retin-A or Differin. These prescription products encourage cell turnover & promote collagen production. Use one in the evening & protect your skin in the morning w/ SPF.
I've used these & have been happy w/ the results. I prefer Differin because it is more gentle.

www.cosmeticscop.com is an informative site too. It has product reviews, an ingredient dictionary, makeup tips, etc.

You need more sleep! In Any drug store you could get a hold of olay total effects or anything realted to that or avon, My mother is now 40 and she looks great i recomend to get Avon or Total effects Good luck
