before they became citizens. Were undocumented Chinese workers building your railroads before the civil war? Were your undocumented slaves picking your cotton for two hundred years. Immigrants are still laboring for you and all you can do is spit in the face of your parents and those who follow them.

You make absolutely no sense. First of all, slaves were captured and forced to come to this country. Illegal immigrants have forced themselves upon us. So for you to compare immigrants to slaves is both uneducated and immature.

They were getting similar treatment from Americans that they are now. Nothing has really changed there are still many people who are anti immigrant and always will be. But at that time we allowed anyone who made it to american shores to be here legally. We didn't have a system of visa and green cards that we have now so it was easier for them to get into the country in the early 1900's. Believe it or not the KKK started as a group against immigrants and catholics. Mainly because the US was a protestant nation until immigrants from Ireland italy and other European nations started to flood in.

You are full of it. You know nothing about my grand parents. They came here legally, never got a free ride, nor did they ask or expect one. They were intelligent enough to learn English and were proud to. And became citizens as soon as they could. My grand father kissed this ground every day. He love this country and respected it's laws and, he never sent a dime back to his old country. And I never saw him raise a flag other than the American one.

No one built railroads or picked cotton for me in the early or mid 19th century. I wasn't born yet, and my family was still in the Old Country. Even if my family had been here, and had been benefiting, I still wasn't born yet.

Has it ever occurred to you that judging someone based on thier ancestry is no different than judging them based on thier race?
