find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You should be doing cardio everyday for at the very least 30 minutes. You should lower your calorie intake and watch your portions. Cheerios are great for breakfast, they are only 100 cal. per serving. Fruit and yogurt would be good for breakfast as well. I usually eat a nurti-grain bar in the morning when I am running late, it's only 140cal. Subway is great choice for lunch as well as dinner. You could have a small baked potato with broccoli on top, you could try a turkey burger as well.
Just keep searching the Internet and you will eventually find meals that you like.
Good luck with the weight loss!!

It's sounds like you do a lot already. Don't work out to much. It'd sounds odd, but over doing it can have the opposite affect. Cut salt and carbonated things out of your diet. They won't make you gain weight, but they will make you bloat. It's almost summer so lots of fresh fruits and veggies are great. Hope that's helps.

heres the thing, if you want to lose weight you have to eat less, untill your body eats the fat from your body.
So if you are not feeling hunger pains then you are eating too much!
Jenny Craig works so well cause the portions are so tiny but they still taste great. Wife lost 21 lbs in about 3 months on JC.

Eat enough protein for your body weight- protein burns fat and builds muscle. Eat a solid, healthy breakfast. Boiled eggs, beans, lean meats, salad, tuna, vegetables, complex carbs

Get the book "You on a Diet". It was a great help for me. It's not just about dieting. It's about the science of it. The way your body works, react to foods, and what makes you feel hungry, etc. Again, HUGE help for me.
