I'm 17,
I'm looking for a way to lose atleast 100 pounds
I weight 260. atleast the last time i checked.
but supposedly ppl say that I dont look it,
I still am sick of having 2 stomachs. my waist and my abdomen.
And Im sick of wearing size 18.
Please let me know the fastest way I can lose this weight
I'm going to prom in june too.
I'm poor, so I dont really have lots of money to buy all this food and stuff.

I dont know about 100lbs but you can loose alot of weight before september with hard work and dedication. You can probrably safely loose around 15-20 pounds a month. Diet and excercise. Remember no pain n o gain push yourself.

Sorry, it is just not possible to loose that much weight that quickly. You dont have to buy fancy food to loose weight. Eat breakfast at home and have a bowl of cereal and a banana, bring your own lunch and have yougurt and a piece of fruit. Stay away from fried foods/fast foods and regular soda. Drink lots of water (8 glasses at least). And walking is one of the best exercises you can do and it is free. Since you are still in high school, there is probably a track that you can walk around after school and you will know exactly how far you have walked and can track your progress (bring a friend with so you have someone to talk to or just wear headphones). When you start to diet you will probably loose about 2 pounds a week which is a realistic goal. Just keep a journal every day and write down exactly what you eat and drink and how long you exercise. Weigh youself once a week and track your progress. You can realistically expect to be down a dress size by prom which is better than nothing. Good luck to you.

It's actually quite dangerous to lose too much weight too fast. You are taking about losing 100 pounds or more in a time of 3 months and a half. I don't think it's safe to lose so much weight so fast but don't despair. Talk to you doctor about it before you doing anything at all because they'll be able to tell you what would work best for you. Things you can do is start eating healthier and exercising more. You don't want to overdo the exercising but you can start doing things like walking, running, swimming, skating, biking, hiking. Just try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. Don't fast as it is extremely dangerous and it just makes you gain it all back (and sometimes makes you gain more than what you lost). Be safe and lots of luck.

If you start in June you have 92 days to lose 100 lbs. by September. That gives you about 13 wks. I think. The only way is if you lost about 8 pounds per week for 13 wks.

You would have to exercise everyday at least 2 times daily 1hr. each time. Drink only water ( 8 or more 8oz. glasses) Eat only fruits and vegetables! Drink Green Tea daily at least 2 cups daily!
Eat skinless chicken... cooked in water only (no oil) add a little salt only. Do the raw diet and detox your body once every month by doing any of these: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Detox_diet

It's healthy if you lose 2lbs a wk. If you lose more than that it's not healthy.

oh!!! and be careful! losing too much weight too fast, it can result in excess x-tra loose skin! because it doesn't have enough time to bounce back to a normal size... then you might have to get surgery to remove skin!

There is no way you can lose 100 lbs . by September. Doctor's recommend that you should lose 2 lbs per week and it should take you atleast a year to lose 100 lbs. ... the healthy way. No can't lose 100 lbs. by Sept. but you can lose up to 2 lbs. a week...it's not easy some times you won't lose anything but you can do anything you put your mind to do.so I say go for it start eating less and go to the gym at least 5/6 day out of the week I lost 27 I still have 40 more to go but we can do it so can you....good luck

There is no way to lose 100 pounds in 3 months, sorry. And I don't suggest you try. It's too much too soon, your body couldn't possibly recover and without doctor's supervision, you could do some damage internally.
Summer's coming, if you're not sure where to begin, go see a nutritionist, tell them what you're trying to do, they'll help you plan a more realistic course of action.

You can safely lose 30 lbs. by Sept. that's 2 lbs a week. You need to get on a healthy diet and regular cardio schedule, 5-6 days a week. Money has nothing to do with it, if you have legs you can walk, jog whatever, just start exercising and plan your meals

It's possible to lose 1-2 pounds a week. You might lose up to 5-6 pounds a week at first when you being a diet, but then you'd settle back down to 1-2 pounds a week.
