I have had that done to my feet too. Once the feeling came back to my foot, I about lost it! The warts eventually disappeared quickly. The pain I felt from the procedure is hard to imagine unless you've had it. You can take 800mg ibuprofen. That will help some. Put your foot in hot water, plain hot water, and just soak it for awhile. No salt. You should call your doctor back before he leaves work today if you need something stronger. Any good podiatrist will prescribe you something for the pain if you need it. If you're going out tonight, you just might.

Usually when we freeze warts we tell you to watch for a blood blister to form and cause pain, you can take a sterile needle and poke it to drain out the blood collection in it that's causing the pain. If your uncomfortable with doing it call the doctor back and let them know how much pain your in. Being on your foot will make it hurt worse, try some pain relievers and ice it! hot water will increase the blood collection to it, increasing the pain. If freezing it doesn't work have them excise it (cut it out) then they will put dental foam in the space where the wart use to be, its more effective and a less painful procedure. Ask them about Effudex cream, we had great results from using this. Let me know how it works out....Good-Luck.

hate to say this but there isn't a lot you can do beyond taking some painkillers....
BUT some useful information that won't help now but will in the future!
my son suffered from verucas (warts on feet) for about 2 years and had ongoing treatment from the doctor, freezing them, and then my doctor read a medical article that suggested using Duck tape (that really strong silver tape) and within a couple of weeks the verucas were gone with no pain at all..
you cut a piece of duck tape to fit over the veruca, or slightly larger to help it stay on throughout the day, keep it on all day. at night remove it before you have a wash and then replace it with another piece before you go to sleep.
i have no idea how this works and nor does the doctor but it had an amazing result!!
you can start using this duck tape treatment right now.
hope you cope tonight

warts on the sole of the foot are usually plantar warts and the doc has to go deep to kill them. You are going to have discomfort. Cancel your plans to go anywhere tonight kiddo, or you will pay dearly for it tomorrow. Put that foot up on pillows above the level of your heart, take Ibuprofen, 400 mg every four hours, with food, and rest.

Ouch!!! what about trying one of those gel pads you put in the bottom of the shoe, it might ease and cushion it a little bit. Just go and get completely sozzled and that will ease the pain, then you might have a hangover tomorrow and have a whole day in bed resting it. lol

Take a small amount of vinigar on a cotton ball and dab on foot 4 times a day.
After doing it for about 2 weeks, Take it back to the doctor and let him freeze again. They should go away.
If not repeat.

take Advil for pain. Put some ice over it to numb the pain. Just know that what ever you do, it will just relieve it temporarily.

the area is probably infected. You should go back to the doctors and have it checked out. You'll probably be prescribed antibiotics and pain relief....
