NO NO NO!!! The internet especially is the most dangerous place for kids to meet other kids. At 12 she should be focusing on schoolwork, or sports, or family. A boyfriend isn't exactly what she "needs". Girls at that age are curious about boys and everything, but aren't mature enough for a real relationship. I understand that you want to help, but it's not up to you to plan your sister's life either.

Wait until she's 13. Take her to dance parties and clubs but within reason. There are too many dangerous people on the computer.
