When we got a 2 month old puppy from the county shelter, he too began throwing up yellow gunk, not eating or drinking, and just laid around. It was painfully obvious that something was wrong. We took him to the vet and did NUMEROUS tests and ruled things out, even parvo. He made several trips to the vet that month because he was not improving at all. I then noticed that his front paw would shave a bit when he would just sit there. Well, after thousands of dollars at the vet, lots of meds and fluids, he did get better. We found out a month or so later that he had distemper. But his symptoms were the same as your pup. He also had a fever as well. The good news is though that he is home and well! He does however have some sort of neurological disorder, which is what causes the tremors he sometimes gets. So, just HAVE HOPE and I pray that you pup gets better soon and returns home feeling better! Hope this helped!

Umm, I am not a vet, so I cant tell you for sure whats wrong with your puppy, but.. the day that my husband and I got our 2nd APBT (she was 8 weeks at the time) she threw up yellow stuff a few times on the way home... So we got home and she wouldnt eat anything, drink water or even move! All she did was cry and sleep! We thought that she was just scared because she was in a new place around new people and we figured that in a day or two she would be fine... Later that day, she sneezed a few times and she sounded stuffed up, I thought she had a cold or something. So... we took her to an emergency vet. After the vet checked her out he said that she was severely dehydrated, her red blood cell count was dangerously low, she had really, really bad fleas and she had pretty much every worm that a dog can get! OMG! I freaked out! The vet told us that if we wouldnt have brought her in when we did she would have died!.. They had to get rid of the fleas and worms, they had to give her a bunch of fluids and meds in an IV and she had to get a blood transfusion! -Talk about a crazy expensive vet bill! lol!- So we left her there that night so she could get her blood trnsfusion and the next day the vet called us and said that she was doing so much better and they expert her to live! They said that they wanted to keep her one more night just to watch her and if all went well we could pick her up the next day.. So, the next day we went and got her and she was like a new puppy! : ) She was trying to chew on everything, she was eating and drinking and playing with our other APBT!.. So anyway, I wasnt trying to scare you by telling you that story. The only reason she got as bad as she did was because she was soo young and the people we got her from werent takeing care of her! : ( But my point was, mabey she has really bad worms or something. It could be alot of different things, and again, I am not a vet... but from what my dogs have gone through it sounds like your pup might have really bad worms... You took you pup to the vet already right? Did the vet tell you anything?... well, I hope your puppy is feeling better soon! Good luck! : )

My dog did the same thing when she had parvo...very lethargic, not eating or drinking, not playful, nothing. Sadly to say, we took her to the vet also, and she didnt come home. She started having seizures at the vet and went ompletley brain dead. It was the most awlful thing ever. She was only 6 months old. I REALLY do hope that your vet can help your sick puppy. my condolences and best wishes....
