It is still possible for short people to have babies, I know of dwarf individuals who have conceived and given birth to perfectly normal human beings, two of which we not dwarfs themselves! If there any health concerns that have you two wondering if it is safe then she should see her doctor, but if it is just the height that you are concerned about then there should be no problems.

Good Luck

I had a friend who was around that height and only weighed 95 lbs. She has three kids. You can always go to the doc and ask. They can see if her hips are strong enough to support the weight, but also, since she is smaller, she will gain less than most (my friend got up to 130 with her sons). Everything should be fine. There are tiny women who have kids all the time. Good luck and Congrats on starting a family together!

I doubt she's too small. If little people (like the show little people big world) can have kids, than I'm sure she can too. I've even heard of a case where a woman born without legs was able to carry her babies to full term. The best person to ask is her doctor. Good Luck!

She's very petite, she can still be able to carry kids, but she has to be a C section when giving birth. For sure as soon as her Ob doctor sees her, she will tell her upfront she needs to go under C Section while giving birth.

It should be possible. There was a story on Entertainment Tonight a couple of weeks ago about a dwarf woman-she was just over 2 feet tall. She got pregnant and had the baby by c-section. The baby turned out healthy and fine.

She is not too small. My sister in law is 4 feet 3 inches and has carried 2 beautiful babies full term. However I recommed she checks with her OB-GYN.....and don't forget to get married first. ( I just had to throw that in there, didn't I? )

Thats for her doctor to say ---but keep in mind...a 12 year old can carry and deliver a child...hell midgets-(excuse me..little people) can carry and deliver so I doubt your girlfriend will have any problems.

She could carry kids...there's a chance they might be taken Cesarean rather than allowing to have her go full term or deliver vaginally though. Have her speak to her doc about it.

No girl is too small to carry a child....
Lil 12 year olds have had children....
If she is old enough to bleed she can breed...no matter the size

This is something to ask her dr. I've seen the smallest women who've had four children with no problems, I've known other bigger women who can't have natural childbirth at all. So it all depends, but chances are, she can successfully have children.
Good luck and please get married before you have children,
Mariah
