at least 30 miles if on flat land, about half that in mountanous areas. stats for a normal non-athletic yet average sized person

I am sorry I know I am not really answering but i just read Zoot's reply and thought " Oh S***! I must be the most unfit person on the planet! 30 miles? Agh......!
I mean the 30 miles I can do. But getting up to walk again the next morning? Body might be willing, brain wouldn't be!

20 miles would be enough walking in one day...although you could possibly walk a whole lot further with mind on it
