Catholics are everywhere!
However, there are more in certain countries than others-
for example Ireland has a predominant Catholic populations.
The countries in Central and South America also have large Catholic populations, as does Mexico.
In Europe- Spain, Italy, Portugal parts of Germany, Austria, Hungary and Poland.

Italy for the co.untry. Rome there is a lot over there. Seems to be more in Europe then the US
I'm not sure about the state but probally mostly in the east.
