Ear infection. Smells awful. Hurts too.

Dogs with long droopy ears are prone to ear infections - but any dog can get them.

Takes antibiotics, cleaning and regular inspection to get over them. This means a trip to the vet.

Take her to the vet. Explain the smell get her ears cleaned, get some good meds for her and ask for advice on keeping her ears clean and free from infection.

Well you need to determine why the area smells bad, while the rest of the body smells good.Where does the smell come from?Is it the ears?Ear infections tend to smell really bad, especially yeast infections! Is it from the mouth? If your dog has bad teeth, that could be a source of really bad odor.Check why the dog smells bad, there could be much more wrong with her than just a bad smell.

I've seen alot of your questions recently about bathing your dog everyday and so on. When you get water in a dog's ears (like from bathing it EVERYDAY) the water causes an ear infection which smells bad and is obviously bad for the dog. You need to take it to the vet for meds. I would suggest that you stop being so obsessive about the way your dog smells, its a dog and it will smell like a dog no matter what. If you can't except the fact that you CANNOT keep bathing them everyday and putting things on them that is bad for their skin, you should surrender the dog to someone who will take better care of it and not cause harm to it because they don't like the way dogs smell. What you are doing is cruel and inhumane to your dog! If you don't like dog smell....don't get a dog!!!

Smell your dogs ears and around the eye area. If it is the eye area that is smelling it is a bacteria that starts from the hair staying moist all the time. It will leave stains and if your dog is a light color they are easy to see. You need to order Eye Envy Tear stain and bacteria remover. It is all natural and will not hurt your dogs hair or eyes if you get it in the eyes. I order mine from S&B Pet Products on Ebay.

Hmmm..first lets avert some money and by no potential flow to the health care service in simple terms yet..it truly is advisable to re-study what you bathe with. it would want to no longer be the right style that is going nicely with your particular body fragrance. i recognize this may be extraordinary yet in simple terms attempt it! use johnsons infant wash (the guy series adult men/women) and spot how that works or dove's form or zest..yet for a reliable fresh fragrance attempt irish springs..thats one situation..yet another may be that you dont drink alot of water, once you dont drink dissimilar water you actual fluid has a tendency to generate off whats interior your device at the same time as there is no longer water accessible, it motives a smell and in case you drink better water to flush out your device that could artwork..it doesnt happen over evening supply it atleast a month

1st of all, when you give her a bath, do you wash her head relly good? I know alot of people who will not wash their dogs head very well because they are scared to get shampoo in its eyes or water in its ears...Its most likely an ear infection or she could have some kind of dental diseases... I would suggest taking her to the vet.

you might want to check her ears. if she has an infection or mites, it will make that area smell bad. if they are dirty inside you need to take her in & find out which problem it is.
