I go for an hour five days a week

You should try for about 15 minutes a day at a rate that gets your heart pumping at an elevated rate. If you take 15 minutes of speeding up the treadmill till you reach that rate, that first part doesn't count in the desired 15. The goal is to exercise at a pace that gets your muscles working, not at one that is like a stroll through the park. Try to do this about three times a week.

depends on your work out. If you plan on working on weights later then about 30 minutes is good because it loosens the muscles. If its just the treadmill you can go on as long as you'd like to but you must always start and end at a slow speed.

It depends on what type of workout you are doing. If you are trying to lose weight go at a moderate speed for about an hour (including your cool down & warm up). If you are doing it to build endurance either do long periods of time like faster speed for 30-45 mins or sprints (as fast as you can go) for 3-4 sets of 15-20 mins.

Remember to stretch before and after each workout to lower your chances of hurting something. Also if you are going at a fast speed start slower and then move it up to that speed.

It really depends on your tolerance and health condition. Do as much as you feel you can every other day. Then increase the amount of time and frequency as tolerated. It is recommended to get 30 minutes of exercise 3 times a week.

Start with 10-15 minutes of walking and work your way up as you tolerate it.

Your entire workout from warm-up to cool-down should be about an hour.

It depends on that person. I would say about 30 minutes, but it really depends on that person and their physical level..
