find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I use to put cd's in and just start dancing (sounds werid but it works) and i lost 20 lbs in like 3 or for weeks, also i use to take walks. I dosent matter if you cant "dance" but just try your best =) Its fun and great for losing weight.

I don't think there is a "best" way to lose weight fast. You need to watch what you eat and exercise. There is no magic pill.... Best of Luck!

Losing weight fast won't keep it off. Try losing it slowly, then it will stay off. You'll have to change the way you eat. Also a neat trick is to eat off smaller plates. I eat off a saucer,so,if you want seconds, you still only wind up with as much food as you'd have on one normal size plate.

I used to weigh 357lbs, now I weigh 193. How did I do it?
There is a dietary supplement which addresses your specific concern, it worked for me! It's called "RELACORE", besides being a great weight loss supplement it kicks belly fat butt, if you catch my drift! It also gives you a SERIOUS pre workout BOOST! Also, besides a every other day weight training schedule, ride a recumbent bike for at least an hour. You will be pleased with your results I PROMISE! Now, losing weight is a simple equation: if you burn more calories than you eat, the weight will come off. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the calorie calculator http://straighthealth.com/pages/tools/ca... This will give you an idea of how many calories to eat. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. To lose 1 pound per week you need to create a calorie deficit (burn more than you eat) of 500 calories per day. To lose 2 pounds a week, you have to double the deficit to 1000 calories per day. You can achieve this by eating less, exercising more or a combination of both.
Guide to Dieting - http://straighthealth.com/pages/guides/d...
Health, Exercise and Diets - http://straighthealth.com
As for exercise, start off on a recumbent bike and go at a low Resistance for 15 minutes a day, increase by 5 minutes a week and by the time you're up to half an hour, if you also follow the above advice you'll have lost 35 plus pounds and you'll suddenly have the motivation you need to lose the rest, plus you're abs will start to get that coveted "6pack" look.!

stay focused.
losing weight will NEVER BE EASY...so you will never find an easy way to do it.
if anyone tells you there's an easy way to do it, they're lying.
Exercise and watch your calorie intake. 3,500 calories is 1lb.
if you cut 3,500 calories over a period of time you lose 1lb. if you intake 3,500 you gain 1lb.
your body also burns calories at a rate of 12X your body weight. so take that into account. (in a day, if you weigh 150 lb, your body will burn 12x150=calories burned (1800 calories burned in a day)

the way i found is either eat very little, not enough to starve yourself, drink lots of water and excersise, i mean like walk places, bike that kind of stuff...
thats how i lost 40 pounds in like 2 months...
also, stay away from the diet books, their all lies!
