Runners World is good if you prefer a online trainer. I prefer to learn from fellow runners. My favorite site has to be Coolrunning.com they offer a free online log book which you can share with fellow runners. I have used this site for 3 years now and they still have my 1st run in my stats

definitely check out the sites listed above, they are all pretty decent. If you are looking for some good training programs all made up then I would also check out www.halhigdon.com I used his site for a lot of help with my marathon training and also half marathons. It has a ton of info for all levels of runners.
