Is it better to do a cardio exercise before or after weight workout?

do cardio before weights. you'll warm up your joints and muscles and get oxygen to all parts of your body. you'll also burn more fat and calories that way.

I would think it would depend on the type of cardio...as far as running, I would run after weight training. If you were to run then try to do leg work outs, you would not be able to do as much. for upper body work out it may even be better to run first to get the blood flowing and wake you up. I did see Rich Franklin, the UFC guy work out and he would run before he lifted weights, and i would take advice from him any day.

I always do it after, im always exhausted after I run for awhile so i dont have the energy to do weights.
