Congrats on your transformation. I don't believe there is a draft,and if there was the easiest way out may be to say you are gay, even if you aren't.
I just watched a very emotional true story movie (Soldier's Girl) where an army guy fell in love with a man who was in the process of a sex change. Your story isn't believeable. Sex change operations are only performed on people who are completely aware of the ramifications of the procedure. You can't just walk in off the street and get one. If you really did have a sex change you would know that someone who has had one is now legally a member of the opposite sex. Ironically, a transexual can legally marry a man but a gay man cannot.

Please, don't waste people's time with crap like this. Nobody gets a sex change because they're "not cut out for a man's life", you have to go through months of psychological counselling to even get approval to have the surgery. There are a lot more ways to avoid the draft than getting your package cut off!!
