I assume you mean EX-convicts and their entire body is dyed green so they don't blend in with society once released. That's how you can tell the difference...

Well normally by the bright DayGlo orange Jumpsuits they get to wear, with matching handcuffs, and leg chains.

because they are always asking permission to ask to do this and that. people who go to prison lose the ability to think for themselves

you used to could tell by those prison tats(all black ink)but now every one has those type of tatoos!
