The whiteheads are easy to handle, but what do to about the pimples that are under your skin? I get them sometimes and they take forever to go away. Putting acne treatment on them seems pointless since the medication is sitting on top of this 'bump'. I know popping them is a bad idea, and with these, there's really nothing to "pop" because it doesnt appear to have a visible pore. ( I have proactiv and use it regularly.)

TRIPLE THREAT, epsom salt, tea bag and bare minerals...
I get those big hormonal ones only once a month. I take epsom salt and dissolve it in hot water and soak with a washcloth to draw out the infection and bring it to a head without making the zits more red like harsh medicines, they stop hurting right away. Then I use a hot moist black tea bag and hold it on there for like 10 minutes. The tanic acid in the tea kills the bacteria without irritating the skin. After that, I throw on some bare minerals makeup and the zit is covered and healing at the same time. Huge painful ones are made tiny right away and gone within days.

Eczema patients can avoid scratchy fibers for softer ones like bamboo, cotton, or silk, which are gentler on the skin. Opting to buy organic fibers can also be a wise, healthy, and eco-friendly alternative. Learn here https://tr.im/guEdr

I run a tea bag under the hot water, and then squeeze out the excess water and put it on the area it will bring it to a head pretty quickly.

Don't do toothpaste, because that will just make a scab that will stay for a week or so. Very ugly looking.

If you have a BJ's warehouse near by get yourself "acne free" it's $29.99 for a 3 month supply and the bottles are alot bigger than pro-active not to mention alot cheaper. My daughter likes it much better also. They have acne free in the pharmacy but, the bottles are small and cost about the same.

Now for the pimples under the skin use "monistat 7" cream. Yes, it sounds gross because it's for something else but, it works miracles.

You should not be popping pimples because it'll spread into your other pores creating more unwanted pimples. At night put a little dab on the white heads and in the morning...waa laa...they're gone !!!
