Christianity is unique in that it has no provision for its adherents to engage in warfare. Those ostensible "Christians" who do so ignore the Scriptures and the teachings and example of Jesus Christ himself.
(Matthew 26:52) Jesus said to him: “Return your sword to its place, for all those who take the sword will perish by the sword
(Isaiah 2:4) They will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore.
(2 Corinthians 10:3-4) We do not wage warfare according to what we are in the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly
(Luke 6:27-29) I [Jesus] say to you who are listening, Continue to love your enemies, to do good to those hating you, to bless those cursing you, to pray for those who are insulting you. To him that strikes you on the one cheek, offer the other also

All of us White people are Racist an we create all the wars through secret societies, it has nothing to do with God, because we have the power of money an politcs, we are elite people in high places hiding behind a smoke screen, the truth is we are the seedline of a wicked culture that has been destroying an oppressing the world since BC, an God has never made a convenant with our culture, as a matter of fact, it is interesting to note that we are about the only race that was totally excluded from the twelve tribes of isreal, those jews who are saying they are jew in isreal that are white are FAKE, hence revelation 3:9,
An they embrace the Talmud, demonic doctorin which was created by white suppremacy jesuits back when they decided to steal the heritage an cultural birthright of the orginal black hebrew isrealites, I think all this is very sad indeed, but however, WHITE POWER LIVES ON!!!

Any man who fights a war in the name of God is blasphemous. If these people who wage such a war believe in God, and God is omniprescent and all powerful, why would He require puny little pissants like humans to fight a war for Him?
I can not cite examples from other religious holy books, but the Bible is full of examples of God taking care of His own business.
Walk around Jericho and blow horns (nothing about war, just noisy) and God brought down the walls.
Run across the sea that I will part for you (MMMMM! Seafood!) and I'll just let it close on the Egyptians' army.
When God is refered to as a man of war, the 'war ' is not neccessarily an armed conflict. The 'war' is the battle for souls. The struggle to lead men to God before they fall prey to Satan. I do believe that there are monumental battles between good and evil that are fought all the time. I do not believe that any man has the knowledge, or intuitive gift to fully understand how, what, or why God does what He does, and for a man to kill another in God's name is heresy. Not to mention really bad PR, I mean it's hard to put a positive spin an actions like that. Even for God.
God is far better equipted to deal with His and His peoples' enemies than any army ever raised on Earth. Why would he ask us to fight in His name? Humans can be terribly hypocritical, pompous, self-important fools.

I believe the reason why there are wars in the name of God testifies to the fact that religion is an extremely powerful tool. If people can justify war in the name of religion it makes its allure more powerful as well. I believe the majority of the religious wars came by times and people who were religious fanatics which are the religious people we all need to watch out for. Its not dificult to see how religious people can be seen as hypocrits.

Well, some people say that people who think war is ok can't be a Christian. But there were lots of wars in the bible, and God even helped some people win wars. There is lots of talk of God favoring sides in wars, and God is even called "a man of war" in some scriptures. So it's hard to say.

Because people are prideful and don't have the understanding or accurate knowledge of God's word the Bible deep enough to separate themselves from being Christians and politics. For these reasons, people are being lead in war in the name of God. It is sad. Here read this.

Men may start wars in the name of God, but that does not mean He endorses them.
