The one person said to use peroxide is 100% correct ..get a container of peroxide and warm it up in a microwave so it won't be cold on your teeth and then take a mouth full BUT DON"T SWALLOW IT or you'll get diareah in a bad way and you won't feel well at all. So take a mouth full and do that three or four times a day..and after you spit it out take a bit of crest whitening toothpaste and put a dab of baking soda on top of it..if all goes well you should see a major improvment by the end of the second day. I had really yellow teeth from drinking coffee black and smoking cigarettes..i started using this method and i'm still doing it to this day once a month and i have a wonderfull white smile. It's not worth the money to have a dentist whiten you teeth..if you want to spend money to whiten you teeth just get the whitestips or you can go another step up from that and get the mouth guard that you put jell in to whiten your teeth ..talk to your pharmacisit and he will help you with the products you need..

There are a bunch of cheaper things you can try. First try the Crest Whitening strips. You put then on over night. Second try a whitening toothpaste. There are a bunch of brands that have whitening toothpastes. You can also try the Hydrogen Peroxide but, you can't do that all the time it will weaken the enamel on your teeth making it more suseptable to cavities. If you smoke you will have to quit because that is probably the biggest contributor to yellow teeth. Coffee doesn't help either. Also try to get more calcium in your diet. So try to eat more dairy or take calcium pills. And most importantly brush your teeth after every meal if you can. All of these techiques will help over time. You are not going to notice a difference right away. I think your best bet for instant result is too save your money and get the treatment from you dentist. I hope this helps. Take care and good luck..

Don`t spend that much money. Buy white strips (Crest or even no name brands work well). You get nice white teeth for 6 months up to one year and it costs about $20.00. You'll be surprised at how well they work.

i know people will probably disagree, but i used hydrogen peroxide straight out of the bottle! if you do this ****DO NOT SWALLOW ANY***** But now I use listerine pre brush whitening mouth wash. It says you will see results in a few weeks. It's not drastic, but I see results everytime I use it...and I am a coffee drinking smoker!!! Good luck
