It does not make sense that a great divine being would give us one go around, with seperate and distinct problems, advantages, and challenges to be judged equally for all time does it? What would be the point of hanging around in heaven with a goofy smile for eternity? What about the poor cripple who lashes out in anger in the end, does he deserve the same judgement as the king who never faced so much as discomfort all the days of his life? Lives are for a purpose, evolution of the soul, we all get to experience life as a cripple, as a king, as a beauty,as a tragedy. We live these lives until we get it right, then we move on to the next challenge. That is why some of us are naturally generous or kind or strong, we brought that quality with us from our past experiences. We are evolving our souls with each life to be more like god. There is a purpose for our learning or we would not be here working on it.

I believe in reincarnation/rebirth. I don't believe in heaven or hell.
These are temporary. Rebirth, to be reborn is far more permanent than any heaven that Bibles tell us about.
They can't prove heaven but rebirth can be proven.

Yep, I have dreams of past and future lives. I figure very few of us will get it right in a single pass on this planet. Even the Dali Lama gets several chances to get it right. One question I have tho, why is it always just THIS planet? I figure there has to be other inhabited planets. Why does God always plunk us down on this rock? Does he build souls that are specific to a single place?

i sure do sweetie, seen a lot of shows about it with children talking about things they couldn't possibly know about in relation to the past, then their parents have gone digging archives to find information only to find their children are telling the truth. i'd love to know if i have ever lived before.

I do! I do! Just way too many well educated people with past lives makes it a certainty that it exists, in my opinion. I have no memory of one, however.
