what time of aerosol are you talking about? one for asthma like albuterol? if so about 2 puffs every 4 hours for help breathing. If your talking about something to get high than your an idiot! Havn't you seen everything on the news lately about huffing? Getting a buzz is not worth death.

The effects can be deadly it just destroys brain cells and can cause irreversible damage. Have you ever seen the kids in TJ huffing that crap they are so screwed up they can't even talk and control there body.

You deprive your body of oxygen. You can get brain damage, have seizures, die. These are chemicals and not meant to be inhaled!

Just imagine, if you tried this only once and you did too much and ended up dying. How would your parents feel? Do you really want to put them through that? Please don't do it. Respect yourself. Don't do something because somebody else is.

it all depends, on you and what you are sniffing. but please keep in mind it is well documented of people that have died doing this the first time. My wifes neigbor died the first time he did it. It is a dangerous and dumb thing to do.
