Should I email or call a potential employee - 1 week after interview?

Question

I sent out the TY notes to the 3 folks i interviewed with the morning after my interview.
This is pub. traded company......and I would be calling the HR person who recruited me and interviewed me 1st....

Sure follow up is not a bad thing, make sure that is has been no less than a week.

I'd call- more direct and up front, and shows alot of motivation. An email can be put off, but a phone call, even if you wind up leaving a voice mail, is just that much more personal.
