Any types of good foods to eat or any exercising advice will be great...Please and thank-you!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

So here are some quick tips to lose 10 pounds quickly


* Drink lot of water

* Eat a healthy breakfast

* Do not eat any thing in between the meals

* Exercise everyday for 30 minutes at least

40 pounds is ambitious, but start today and work hard.
In order for the weight to stay off, you have to commit to a
diet that you can live with. Weight watchers works because
youhave support, and they give you recipe tips when you get bored with what you are eating. Daily Basics for healthy dieting:

2 servings of non fat dairy--milk/yogurt/cheese
5 serving of fruit or veggies
2 servings of bread/cereal/pasta/potatoes or rice
2 servings of oil (like a tablespoon of salad dressing or
some olive oil to cook meat)
2 servings of protein

No sweets, no alcohol, no sodas, even diet sodas
Drink water--64 oz a day. Walk 30 minutes daily and exercise 30 minutes every other day. Good Luck.

Ok first of all stop drinking any type of coke just drink water so it can help clean your system that way it will be easier for you to start the transition. If you want to really lose weight I suggest you start doing cardio (fast walking, jogging, etc.) for about 30 to an hour and try to keep your movement and heart rate at a constant pace. Slim Fast works very well and if you plan to get on a diet don't cheat yourself. After you do cardio try to do crunches 3 sets of 25.

Try looking up the Lemonade Diet. But I would only recommend it for a short time just to jump start your weight loss.

Then try more fruits and veggies and maybe chicken and fish. Work out anywhere from 3-6 days a week and get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes every day. eat often to boost your metabolism and keep it processing food and having to work. Good luck!
