I like this guy, but he says that he just likes me as a friend. Even though, we talk all night, and he wants to hang out on the weekends. Everyone thinks we are dating, but we aren’t.

Tell him the truth. Honesty is the best policy. Make sure you know what you feel is true though first. Sometimes these things can just be a fling and nothing more.

If you like this guy - Well stop what you are doing until you are the legal age to be with him. I am not sure what State you are in but here in Maine the legal age is 18. You can get him into more trouble than you know. Even prison time.
If when you say " You act like you are married sometimes" meaning you have sex or fool around. Well - That will get him locked up for many years. Even if you consent to this behavior. You are still considered not old enough to make that choice. He will be the adult and be sent away even if you don't want him to be. If your parents found out you are doing things with this man. They may press the charges against him. Or even your teachers or a neighbor. They do not need the physical proof to lock your friend up.
That is probably why he is keeping a low profile on your relationship with him. If you were of age to be with him. He would let the world know he is with you. But he is participating in a crime every time he is with you.
Look out for his best interest too. You don't want to ruin his life just for some fun - do you???

It is going to be hard but tell him how u feel maybee make a joke about it like when someone says ya'll would make a cute couple say uea but he never would ask me out and laugh so he doesn't get embarressed and then maybee he will get the clue or u could play the question game. It takes place on the phone u ask a question he has to tell the truth then he gets to ask. so on so on then start getting ure questions deeper and deeper

Use it or lose it, you want a guy who you like who considers you a friend? If you are capable of realizing this man isnt the one for you and you can cope with being friends then by all means go ahead. nothing wrong with that but if you want to settle for liking him and beings friends then be prepared to deal with anything he throws at you. Might change his mind about you but i doubt it. Dont you deserve someone who likes you for you? Go find someone else and still be ''his friend'' and see how he likes that.
