Yes it can, sometimes friends make the best lovers, but not always. If you are pursuing this, just make sure that you are willing to lose the friendship if things don't work out. The old saying "but we can still be friends" usually donesn't hold true. Once the relationship is over, so is the friendship.

Of course it can. Sometimes, the best relationships out there is between two people that were best friends at first. Be careful though, because if it doesn't work out, then you probably won't have that best friend any longer. You have to make sure you are ready to be in a true relationship with this person and take it to the next level.

The best relationships usually develop from people that were friends in the beginning. You know everything about this person and they know everything about you. which is a plus considering the both of you have probably discussed past relationships and how you felt or what felt good about them. Your friend knows what you want and need what make you laugh and cry so building a romantic bond becomes so easy and it usually last.

Your romantic partner should be the one you want to tell about your day.. tell when something good or bad happens to you. The person you run to.. so Yeah I think you must be best friends to have a romantic relationship. and if the friendship comes first that's just a bonus....

As long as you are not related, I do not see why a romantic relationship can not develop between two best friends, after all best friends makes the best lovers. Don't snooze or you'll lose it.

simply put, because siblings, father -son relationships are preempted. its a given. theres no need to work at blood ties. social interaction with non blood memnbers require a great degree of tactical moves to give impressions that may be right or wrong, true or false but there is always a conscious effort to establiosh a certain persona, whether true to form or apart from the real thing depends largely on the person's view of himself.

if that's what the both of you want but i will have to worn you it may be difficult b/c you two are so close and are not use to being in a intimate or emotionally involved type relationship. but if that's what you and your friend are wanting go for it just don't let it mess up your friendship and if your friendship is very important i would say not to develop the relationship because it may mess up the friendship.

Yes it can. It happened between me and my husband and we have been married for 6 happy years. It's a lot better this way because we know each other so well, have already learned to respect each other's differences, and have most of the same interests and goals.

Yes, but if for some reason it doesn't work out you've lost a relationship AND a best friend. I don't think its worth it, I'd rather keep my best friends seperate from lovers, because a true friend is hard to find.
