Ok so I am trying to make something different lol... well maybe not but it is to me... I was thinking about making crab salad ( fresh crab meat, radishes, celery, peppers, fresh dill, a little bit of mayo, salt and pepper) and I was thinking instead of putting it on the traditional bread or crackers or lettuce cups, i would put it on angel hair pasta wheels, but i am stuck at that point lol , should I put some sort of light sauce on the pasta, i make a hot pepper and garlic sauce, using olive oil that i thought might be good with it..... but not sure........ what do you think?????? Ideas, suggestions something totally different??

Crab is a very delicate meat. Most chefs don't want to overpower it with a lot of added ingredients or heavy sauces that will mask or even overpower the tastes. I think the bit of mayo you mentioned is probably enough unless it is not as creamy as you would like. In that case, dilute a little mayo in a cup with a bit of milk to make it thinner so that it will saturate the salad without compromising the taste of the crab meat.

Use a short pasta, like Penne and serve it cold. You might want to add some fresh lemon juice to thin out the mayo and some fresh parsley.

mix the crab salad- should make it with miracle whip and not mayo- in with something like elbow macaroni and add more miracle whip- serve it on romaine lettuce beds with lemon garnish- the hot pepper garlic sauce would be way too much for such an already involved dish.
