Well, foremost God/Allah is the only one that judges since he is purity therefore can filter and reflect the harm a human or demons serve. On the other hand, God sees people how they react in those circumstances. So if there is a Rich person who wants to accumulate wealth and that becomes his sole purpose in life then God has no Value for him. On the other hand, a poor person that remains humble and thankful is really liked by God because even in such dire circumstances he puts his trust in God. God is the first and the last, he has created the human energy and wants humans to manage that energy properly. Unbelievers therefore wrong there own soul!

I don't think that question is worded properly to fit my response, but I will explain how I view non-believers (in terms of atheists).
I regard atheists as people who simply don't identify with organized religion and/or spirituality. That's all right with me. Even though atheism is certainly frowned upon in my religion, I personally hold no ill-will toward them. I have many friends who are atheist, and I completely understand their point of view -- many have turned away from a religion they were pressured into, others see no factual support in the least to give them reason to believe it, and some just don't care. As a non-eccentric, reasonable individual, I tend to be very accepting of differing views. Assuming that Heaven exists, given the all-loving God that I believe in and the essential goodness of every human being, I see no possibility for any human being ever to reach the depths of Hell. I'm not even sure *that* exists. Even if you argue the cruelties wrought by the evil Hitler or perhaps a serial killer, I argue back that no human in their right mind would commit such atrocities; clearly these individuals lacked some necessary presence of mind that would normally prevent someone from acting so.
Basically, I do not follow the traditional "atheists are going to burn in Hell." I truly cannot imagine such cruelty enacted by my God.

God has created this world in a form of opposites. A very good friend of mine, calls these: paradoxes. Simply because they exist in the same context.
Light and absence of light (darkness)
Matter and anti matter
Pressure and vacuum.
Rich and poor
Healthy and sick
Belief and non belief.
Thus, the human mind learns from the interaction of opposites. Islam regards the entire existence, the entire universe, as created to improve mankind.
What do we learn from opposites?
1. The human ego, is humbled by the existence of things that cannot be changed by its own will power. A humble mind, is a soul on its way to enlightenment.
2. The non believers help the believers to achieve a higher sense of awareness and gratitude for the faith that they have, that many do not have.

Someone who doesn't share your own faith serves absolutely no purpose IN your faith. If anything though, they can be used in some sort of example to bolster your faith.
By the way it is spelt "monotheist". Also, God, Allah and Jehova/Yahweh are arguably the same deity.

I think it's a bit condescending to say that they serve some sort of purpose... it makes them sound too much like means to an end, rather than human beings. They're people who are made in the image of God just as I am

I don't think non-believers serve any purpose in my faith. I believe what I believe based on the personal evidence that I have. On the other hand, they do me good by asking questions that challenge my beliefs and help me further develop the intellectual aspects of my faith. For that I thank you!

The world is the mission field, and unbelievers are the ones dying in their sins and need to be reached and rescued.

To challenge me and test me to see if I stand for God when opposed. Also, they are there for me to share the news of Christ and be an example to. Good question.
