Today she says that she believes "all human life is equal". She is making the stand that an Iraqi life is equal to an American life...which is true as long as we are taking the evil people out of the equation, but here's the problem.
Yesterday she said that Martin Luther Kings daughter pasing was "terrible"..a "tragedy", and "very sad". Then one sentence later she says that Rev Falwell passing was "not so sad".
Does Rosie place an Iraqi's life over an American Evangelist...?
Tomorrow she will question why some people will see her as anti-American, and she will think it is a sexist thing...she has no clue.

Rosie O'Donnell is a fat worthless hypocrite. I don't care if you're right wing, left wing, neutral...She's an idiot on all fronts!

To some extent I agree with you. I only question two things. First, I don't think this double standard is Rosie-specific. Pretty much everybody, conservative or liberal, does the same thing. Second, from her point of view you actually help her argument. You add in regards to equality "as long as we are taking the evil people out fo the equation." Rosie would likely agree with you. The thing is that she believes that Jerry Falwell was evil. Taking your own definition of equal, that means no double-standard in this example.

I am not sure as to what you mean by double standards. Seems to me Rosie tends to have diarrhea of the mouth and constipation of the brain, but her bashing of Reverend Falwell is nothing new. I hate to say this, but I find most but NOT all "open-minded" liberal stars like Rosie enjoy bashing Christians or conservative causes and albeit I cannot agree with everything that Rev. Falwell said, for Rosie to trivialize his death as nothing is outrageous. Had Rev. Falwell held views that were similar to Rosie's, she would have oozed compassion.

I think she can make good points, but at the same time, she doesn't look into things enough. Some things she says are blatantly offensive to me as a lesbian.

She needs to learn that not everyone is a gay basher just because they say something about gay people and not everyone is a bad person if they support the war. I'm not for war, but I support it because I want to support our troops. It's more... a support for the troops than the war, I suppose. However, she takes everything anyone says far too personally.

She doesn't like it when people talk about her, but she runs her mouth a helluva a lot.

Well, at the very least, at least The View isn't boring anymore.

Why is this woman famous? Do people actually listen to what she says? What little I've heard leads me to believe she is a hypocritical idiot. I can never have any respect for anyone who thinks the World Trade Center was not destroyed by a plane being flown into it by terrorists. I knew people who were there. Too bad she wasn't one of them.

You're just now figuring out Rosie is an idiot?

I like Jack Nicholson's quote in "As Good as it Gets"

"When I write about a woman, I think of a man and a take away reason and accountability".....

that suits Rosie to a "T"

She's got what, maybe a month left on the show. She'll do & say whatever she can to keep the controversy alive and herself in the headlines. She knows that'll give her a better chance for someone to pick her up (figuratively speaking of course, since noone can actually pick her up literally) for another show or possibly her own show in the near future. Unfortunately I think that's going to happen. That fat blowhard piece of crap will always have her ho ho filled cheeks in front of a TV camera somewhere.

I think that as soon as Rosie said she was GAY she went off the deep end. I feel sorry for her kids cuz they are the ones who will have to live with the embarrassement of their mother. She just needs to keep her stuff in the closet and just live her life and move on she doesnt need to be on a mission to make me change my way of thinking on her lifestyle..i hate that...everyone is entitled to their own view...she's stupid and dumb and needs to grow up

Rosie has always been and will always be a pathetic excuse for a human being. HEr passing of heart failure due to too many fried chicken legs wouldn't be "so sad" either..

I agree with you. Did you also notice that she was saying Roe v Wade was a major step forward for women? Is she saying it is bad to kill an Iraqi but OK to kill a baby? Sounds like that to me.
