If their is a nation wide gas strike on June 15, 2007 if not how do you go about doing this and have it done?

how would you get the public notify and get every one involve . also let the public know how much the gas co. will lose if this is done. this should be done at lease once every week untill the gas prices come down below $2.00 a gal.

I just read something about this. Not enough people take part in protests like this so it's not really doing any damage to the gas company's pocket. Try joining myspace, or facebook to get the word out. That's how I first heard about gas strikes like this.

We just did a big gas strike 2 days ago. It didn't work. Prices remained the same or even went UP in some areas the next day.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

The only things that will bring gas back down to $2 or less is a dramatic increase in supply, or a dramatic decrease in demand.

Demand your elected representatives start drilling in ANWR and anywhere else there is oil, and also that they start allowing new refineries to be built.

Also try and cut your gas consumption. If you could organize a weekly I WON'T USE GAS protest, where millions choose to take public transit or carpool that day, and do it once a week, it would really help.

Just saying we won't buy gas on Tuesday means nothing. You'll still be buying the same amount of gas, just 6 days a week instead of 7.

Send e-mails around the world, call your friends and tell them not to purchase gas on that day.
