Because animals are too smart to get tied down and settle with only one mate their whole life

Weddings imply lifelong commitment. Most animals have several mates during their life, so the concept of marrige doesn't really apply. If you are speaking of pets, then it would be like a pre-arranged marriage where they don't really have any choice in the matter, which seems rather unchristian? As to the sin aspect of it, I think that animals were placed on earth by God for a reason, so I do not think that He would create creatures that must sin to exist.

Imagine the gridlock this would put on our court system as we have divorce lawyers making cases for little Tootsie because Fido hooked up with Poopsy Woopsy down the street.
Only that which has been created with a spirit can sin. Humans are the only living beings that were created with a spirit/soul.

Because animals do not have individual souls. Each species has its own spirit, but it is the essence of the species, and not the individual.
Even pets who come to recognize the names humans give them do not thus develop souls, although they may develop a certain amount of personality and individuality.
No soul means no such thing as sin, and therefore no need for marriage.
