How long does it take for international mail to arrive to the US?

How long will it take first class mail to come from Moscow to the west coast?

I lived breifly in Moscow and most of my mail home to Atlanta took about five days! For the west coast I would guess maybe one week. they're doing something right in the post office there...

My mail from the west coast to Scotland only took a week. I was surprised! Even a package took a week. It used to take 3 weeks or more!
