A woman who has an attractive fuller figure that whose weight seems to be evenly distributed throughout her body. When Anna Nicole was at her heavier weight, she was "full figured".

I usually think of voluptuous, measurements like 45-29-45 or something like that. Very hourglass shaped, but fairly big on the hips/bust with a smaller (but not tiny) waist.

When I hear "full-figured," I think "plus size." This doesn't necessarily mean "fat," just larger than petite or average.
