i'm quite fond of the Hess Visa from Chase.
10% cash back on all gas purchases and other purchases at Hess gas stations for the first 90 days, then 5% after that.
1% on purchases elsewhere for life.
interest rate is high, so make sure that you pay the balance every month. 0% for the first 6 months

Sorry to say the ones with an annual fee.
My ex wife had one with Continental, but she paid. Got many more incentives than I get with the no fee cards. She got cash back disocunts when we rented cars and stuff.
So if you want to pay the fee, I do not, you may check into some web sites.
