First of all, Courteney God believes in you and I believe in you. Of course I do believe atheists exist and I know one personally and they are like everyone else in most issues and why not , variety is the spice of life.

What christian has said atheists don't exist? God knows that there are people who don't believe in Him and has commanded christians to spread His Word:
"GOD’S GREAT COMMISSION
Mark 16:15 And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.
1 Corinthians 9: 16 For if I preach the gospel, that gives me no ground for boasting. For necessity is laid upon me. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel!
17 For if I do this of my own will, I have a reward, but not of my own will, I am still entrusted with a stewardship.
19 ¶ For though I am free from all, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win more of them.
20 To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews. To those under the law I became as one under the law (though not being myself under the law) that I might win those under the law.
21 To those outside the law I became as one outside the law (not being outside the law of God but under the law of Christ) that I might win those outside the law.
22 To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all people, that by all means I might save some.
These verses are extremely important when we read them, and need to lay to our hearts what they mean to fully take part in the commission God has given us.
We know all too well that unbelievers exist and hope that they will soon accept Jesus Christ as their savior, but we know as well that there will be unbelievers that perish and deny God to the bitter end. God knows this and has a plan.

I don't know why I'm answering, since this question isn't directed to me; except to say that God is leading me to answer you.

I don't know any Christians who think atheists don't exist or who claim God doesn't believe in atheists. God loves EVERYONE, whether they choose to accept Him or not. He wanted me to let you know that He loves you and everyone like you, and that He is waiting with open arms for ALL of His prodigal children to return....but He will not decide for them.

the term athiest doesnt exist in humans thats what I believe, sure someone can claim to be, however for them to be athiest that person would have to have absolute undoubtable proof that God doesnt exist throughout and beyong space and time. and no human or invention even made by humans can beyond any doubt prove that...

Actually, I tend to hear Christians say, "You might not believe in God, but God believes in you."

Guess the others didn't get the memo.

God believes in everyone as God created everyone.
He believes in those who don't believe in him.
