I want to open individual pictures in "My Pictures" with Microsoft Photo Editor,it now opens with "Paint"

Question

It is like it's stuck on "paint",when you open each picture,I want "microsoft editor",how do I change it perminately,I know I can select "open with",but what to change the preference...

....Option1:
Select/click the Open with instead of Open.
You will get a list of programs. If MPE does not appear,
browser and select the program.
OR
.........Option2 :
Open MPE and click open and select my pictures Folder etc.
Or
............Option3:
Click Properties for each picture.
the option Opens with change ( default program to MPE)

When doing the "Open With", do a "Choose Program". After you have selected Photo Editor look at the bottom of the window. You will see a box that says "Always use this program to open this type of file". Check that box.

You will have to repeat this process for every extension (file type) you want to open in Photo Editor. (Do it to a jpg file, then a bmp, a tif, a gif, etc)

Try this. Right-click the picture you want to open, then choose "Open with".. and try to look for "Microsoft Photo Editor".
