eat complex carbs (ie cut the white bread and pasta--you can get whole wheat pasta though)
limit the snackfoods...anything that comes in a vending machine PROBABLY isnt very good for you
if you want to eat tastier veggies
try steamed broccoli and melted parmesan on top
its really good

you need to find some that you do like.
it can take decades for the effects of long term nutritional deficiencies to show. once they do, you are pretty much screwed. you can't undo decades of malnutrition with a pill

more servings of the type of food that you like. lay off the things that aren't necassary but don't starve yourself. i ean i am 143 i don't like veggies or fruits either.
