i join a gym for like 2 weeks then i dont go for 1 day and im busy for the next and then before i know it i dont go again. how do i make sure that i go on a regular basis and gt into it properly? is there a way i can put a note on the wall or somethin to motivate me when i cant be bothered? any help would be great. thanks

Make going to the gym part of your routine, so it becomes something that you naturally go to do as its part of your weekly schedule. Have a look at your weekly plans and put the gym in your diary..try 3days a week if pos, don't easily persuade yourself out of it, make time! Hopefully this routine will make going to the gym for you something like a 'habit'.
Think about why you joined the gym in the first place? What do you want to achieve?
You'll probably find that when it comes to working out the hardest part is getting yourself there, once your there ull be fine, just bare in mind when your at the gym what you liked and use that as your motivation for when you debate going again!
Seeing someones figure that you would want to achieve may give you a kick, maybe a pic of someone out of a mag can be your note on the wall!

I always go in the mornings before work. I shower there and have a change of clothes in my bag for work. I only do it Monday to Friday so I have Saturday and Sunday off the gym and this way I won't get fed up with it as I do get a rest from it. Sometimes I go for a long run at the weekend or may even pop down to the gym, depending on how I feel or how much housework I've got to do.

QUIT THE GYM!!!
Seriously, you do not need the gym, the best exercise ever has to be running, just buy some trainers, and get out the door. No need to stress yourself out getting the gym, there's always time to run around the block or five times round, and you will see faster results than the gym, and you'll be richer!!!

I Hate gyms so much, there's always a pretencious person there who goes far too much and hogs the machine, checking themselves out in the mirror, best to get outdoors and get sometime to yourself, good luck. xx

I paid for a years membership up front...no way I'm gonna waste it!
I find early mornings best...set the alarm & go before you have time to change your mind or become conscious enough to decide not to!

you could get up early and go before you go to work, as it sets you up in an energetic way for the rest of the day.
