there is no such animal. No ther is not.
No matter what people tell you you can't loose weight selectively. If you eat properly and exwecize then you may loose weight but your body will deside where it will begin.
Have you noticed that those professing loose weight here and loose weight there have something to sell you.
OK then I wll be glad to sell you a bunch of pills for a much inflated price. I will guarantee you tat you will loose weight. One thing though you will have to follow the instructions that come with them just as they say. any time you do not the guarantee is void.
Keep your money and buy good food to eat.

if diet pills worked there would be no obese people - dont you think?
by overall weight (fat) loss
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Don't waste your money on weight loss pills. If there was a magic pill that worked it would be really expensive and EVERYONE would want it. But guess what? There isn't.
Majority of the time, IF they do "work", It's because the person taking them was more consciencious of things they ate and exerted more effort in working out and watching calories.

Unfortunately there is no way possible, drugs or otherwise, to reduce body fat on one particular part of the body. Your body will burn fat as needed and where the storages are. If you hold more in the hip area, the body may take from there first. You just need to be on a proper weight loss program. Good luck.

I'm not sure there is any diet pill to lose weight in your hips. That comes with working out. No pill or diet period will target that one area.

If diet pills actually worked, everyone would be skinny !!! None of them work. While they may help temporarily reduce your appetite, as soon as you stop taking them you will gain the weight right back, and then some.

The 3 Hour Diet by Jorge Cruise will help you lose about 2 lbs a week and targets the belly fat right away. May be worth a try.
