This is a fantastic question. It brings to light that most ridiculous and illogical claim that Jesus was sacrificed by god (or chose to die himself) to cleanse mankind of his sins. What sins? Why would Jesus have to die to absolve us? Why wouldn't god just remove them rather than kill his own son? What good does Jesus dying do us anyway? Is there some "death = sin eradication" equation I'm not aware of? How does this death absolve us anyway? I would think anyone's death absolves nothing but their need for food and oxygen. This assertion is mind-boggling in its silliness. It is positively amazing that anyone is so dense as to believe it. It reads like a bad book. It was no doubt added by the same people who deified Jesus with the Resurrection and intended to give additional, special significance to his execution.

No 1, I dont belief Jesus is son of God.
I dont believe God has any son.
So, abortion has nothing to do with God's doing.
There are many cases that abortion is done after 8 weeks of pregnancy in this case abortion is forbiden because murder is forbidden/illegal .
There are cases that abortion is accepted e.g. after being examined by medical expert, the pregnancy threatened the mother's life ;
The couples were not married and she is only about 4 weeks pregnant
Sin means = Not good / dangerous for human being.
So, abortion can be very dangerous/ life threatened,

It's not the same thing, you can not compare you having an abortion with God's sacrifice. But having an abortion is your choice you have your reasons, but in my opinion unless you have a very very strong reason to do that (health problems for example)..I don't think is a good idea.

Because God sacrificed His Son for you, who are u sacrificing your child for?
John 3:16 - 17 (NKJV) 16For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

Jesus' death was done to save the world from sin. Abortion is killing an innocent life. It's totally different.
I do understand that you haev a tough decision to make. I hope that you will consider adoption.

God did it for the good of man. Jesus died to take on every bodys sins. Abortion is not for anything like this. Abortion goes agains the commandment of "Thou shall not kill".

Jesus chose to be sacrificed. He was able to choose whether or not He was willing to be killed to atone for the sins of all humanity for all time. In the Gethsemane garden, or during his trial, he could theoretically have called upon angels to deliver him from his execution. He did not do so, and he made the choice to die for the sins of us all.
Your hypothetical child will not be offered such a choice. He or she would simply be put to death for the sake of someone's convenience.
