Is it possible to create a drug that last 24 hours?

There are many psychedelics that last 3 days to a week. :)

But as for OTC drugs, you know they can make it last as long as they want with time release and bigger doses. But the longer drugs last, the less money they make. And trust me, they care more about the bottom line than weather you feel better for a longer period of time.

there are many drugs with a half-life of 24 hours but not many are available in the US. for some reason the FDA is against drugs with a long half-life, they are the ones to ask.

there are pain patches that you put on your skin that last 24 hours, but other than that, even prescription lasts only 6- 12 hours

otc drugs r always the lower dose or less potent than prescription.
