Here's my daily diet as of last week:

Morning:
Eggs
Bowl of Oatmeal

Afternoon:
Yogurt
Natural Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwhich on Wheat Bread

Night:
Protein Shake
Grilled Chicken

I know these are basics but I am still hungry throughout the day and I need to add maybe 2 or 3 more things to that list that I can eat daily. I am NOT trying to lose weight...Im a skinny dude working out but I want to go gain weight the healthy way.

Thanks guys

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First off, know that you aren't doing the wrong thing when you are eating, you are just not doing enough of the right thing.

You're chosen diet is a good one, balanced with dairy, protein, whole weat, and eggs.

However, you need to eat more than what you are eating. No, not more food during your meals, but more meals throughout the day! Focus on eating six times a day, instead of three. Continue to focus on high protein, low fats, and plenty of whole grains for energy.

Also, try throwing in some fruit!

Add healthy snacks in between. Eating several small meals a day keeps your metabolism up and will help you build muscle faster. Fish, beef, vegetables, theres a lot of things you can choose from.

The above suggestions are right. You are eating the right things but you just need to eat more often.

Here is a healthy foods list if you want any ideas:

add snacks in between breakfast and lunck and also in between lunch & dinner... it is recommended that a person eat 5-6 small portions per day. Do alot of strength training to beef up... don't do to much cardio tho.. as that will cause you to drop weight!
