To better understand the question, bill gates started microsoft after dropping out of college. If you want to work for microsoft, you better have a college education with good grades. To understand my question, you have to place yourself into today's global economy and educational needs. Even though one maybe smart in their heads, they have to have it documented on paper as well.. Think about those things when answering . . . I know a lot of successful people back when some 30 years ago would probably not be as successful today. I am not talking about high school dropouts. I am talking grade school education only. The six grader who left school to go on to be a successful rich person. Is it possible today?

There are plenty of people out there that have become wealthy with only a grade school education. You become wealthy by:

1.Spending less than you earn.
2.Investing money that you don't spend to make more money for you.

I suggest you read the book "The Millionaire Next Door." Most millionaires in America live well below their means, have never bought a suit that costs more than $200, live in a meager home worth less than $200,000, and have what were once called "blue collar" jobs, if they still work.

My uncle only has a grade 4 education..when he was to be married he went to the bank and borrowed enough money to get married and also purchase a back-hoe, this was in the early 50's and today he has one of the biggest construction companies in the city we live in and it's worth almost 150 million. so i hope this shows you that anyone who wants to be a success can do it if they really want to..

2. Born into it.
3. You have to have dreams. Dream it and make it come true. The only one that is stopping you is you.
4. The best advice for me is: To be Rich is not money, it is your family and friends.

There are many people that have done this. Do not think because a person never finish school they are Stupid. Actually, some quit school because the school was stupid and their high level of intelligence lead them to move on and become rich while many of us try to graduate.
