I've lost 25 pounds and although I've continued a strenuous workout regimen and diet, the last couple of weeks I have plateaued so to speak as my weight has remained the same. What are some ways to overcome this plateau as to accomplish additional weight loss goals?

I know it sounds crazy, but try pigging out for like a day or two. A friend of mine was on a diet and she used to pig out for a day or two every couple of weeks or so. And it helped when she plateaued.

have you adjusted your caloric intake as your body composition has changed? you can't stay at the same caloric intake as the BMR changes as the body composition changes. this is one of many reasons why the body fat must be tracked when on a weight (fat) reduction diet.

if you re cooking food in the microwave chances are you re eating unhealthy packaged foods if you must microwave consider soy chicken patties veggie burgers or steamer vegetables and brown rice
