If you want to go for a "balanced" breakfast i would say drop the soybutter and graham cracker and add a piece of fruit.
The natural vitamins are great for you and you'll save on calories too. :)

It sounds like a very good breakfast. I eat either oatmeal or cold cereal with soy milk every day. Mid-morning, I go for the fruit.
Are you eating wheat bread or whole wheat bread? Whole wheat bread is the good stuff, as it's not been degermed. I refer to wheat bread as wheat flavored white. Also, check the ingredients, if it lists high fructose corn syrup, or corn syrup, I would stay away from it. Since my pregnancy, we've been paying more for HFCS or CS free bread since I eat two to four peices a day and we don't want to expose our baby to it.
Anyway, I like the idea of the toast with PB. Most days I'm okay, as I'm home, but on days I'm out, I generally take a granola bar. While I get my granola bars at Trader Joe's for only $1.99, it would still be cheaper to do the toast, even if I pre-make it and take it with me. I do natural PB becuase it's cheaper than the soynut butter.
As it's been said, you must have done some research on nutrition. Otherwise, you might be eating donuts or muffins for breakfast. Ick.
I hope I've helped.

What would cause you to question it? Apparently you've read something about nutrition or you'd be more likely to eat Cap'n Crunch with whole milk and 2 slices of white bread toast with butter and jelly.
What would you imagine would be more healthy?

Other than the graham cracker, it's a decent start to your day. Why the graham cracker?
BTW, FYI, if something isn't alive, then it can't be healthy. You are wondering if it's a healthful breakfast. :-)
