The bathroom floor is white with a rose/burgundy color in it. I really don't like the green vanity and tile but I think I'm stuck with it!!

The green is a teal/green with specks of creme and burgundy.

Dang doesn't THAT suck! I have blue tile in my bathroom and I've been trying to remodel it. The tile is hard to get rid of when you're in a budget, so you're going to have to work with the green. It also depends what kind of green you have, though, the vanity can easly be changed to match the toilet seat at least (sucks if it's GREEN too!!! YAY if it's white! you SHOULD change it to white!!) lol .... since I don't know the tone of green, I'd say try a very light LIGHT beige color. UGGH!!! I want to see the green! I wish I could help you more! I'd also would consider the "architectural features" of the bathroom. =)

i read two other answers and i love blue, green, and cream together. i would go to a fabric store and find a pattern that matches your floor and vanity and that has another color in it. you could use this as your inspiration and even curtains in your bathroom. if you get a piece of the fabric that matches you're bathroom...you can take that everywhere with you when you shop for your wall color and accessories so you know exactly what you're getting. lowe's can color match anything you bring in to the paint color you want....there are also great cheap magazines out there for interior decorating (i go to walmart look at the magazines and put them back...) and see what colors they pair together in a room

A blue might complement it, you could go for a sort of underwater themed bathroom.

I would stay away from accenting the green or rose/burgundy too much, very 70's that.

1] Try ivory or white with accents of rose and green.
2] ivory with skinny stripes of rose , burgundy and/or green
3] a non-floral print of two or three of the rose/burgundy/green/ivory colors for the shower curtains and window treatments [ floral or lace would be very girly, unless that is what you want.]
4] solid color rugs/towels/accessories in rose/burgundy or green shade
5] to 'fem' it up, add more of the rose or green
6] to make it more 'macho', go with burgundy or hunter green

Personally, I'd go with a creamy color with a rose untertone to it. You could bring in the burgandy with towels, curtains, etc. to tie it all in.

I unfortunately have seafoam green tiles w/ gold flecks in it. and to top it off, there's cream w/ gold wall paper.

You can go with Dark green or lemon yellow and use some mirror all around the wall.
