i had stoped her once talked and ask how is she doin, the girl respeond nicely we talked and make some fun later i ask her for her number she said she will not give it to me i beg her she didn't . i would like you to tell me how to get cos i like her .thanks.

She doesn't sound interested. If she was interested in something further, she would have given you her number so things could progress. The fact that you begged would have turned her off. Girls love attention, and when you don't give them it, they want it from you. So you should just back off, act like you're not interested. She will start thinking "why is he not paying me attention? why is he not interested?" and she will start wanting you.

She might not have a phone or could be living with someone, but whatever the reason is that is her right not to give it to you...Just play it cool for a while, she might come around and give you the number
