Very interesting analogy.
When I read the headline of your question, the first thought in my head was of the coyote/sheep dog looney toons short cartoons.
I think an argument has been established that Satan is merely one of God's angels doing exactly the job that God commands him to do.
If God is all-powerful and all-knowing, then how could he NOT be in control of all of his creations, unless angels and devils are not His creation??
