i have an expired child passport?

i have an expired childs passport bt now that am 19 i need a adult 1. do i renew my old passport or aplly 4 a new adult passport please help me

you renew it, just bring in the old one and get new pics for the new one.
I had to bring one in of me that I was 3yrs old in the pic.... they just used all the info, and sent it back to me.

pretty sure you have to have a new one. my sister did.
